Timken India reported Q4 FY2026 standalone revenue of Rs 10,731 million (up 14% YoY) and full year revenue of Rs 34,193 million (up 8.6% YoY). However, full year standalone PAT declined 11% to Rs 3,983 million vs Rs 4,474 million in FY2025. Consolidated PAT fell 10.2% to Rs 4,149 million. The company declared a dividend of Rs 2.50 per share, sharply lower than Rs 36 per share in the previous year. The auditors issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results. The Board also approved amalgamation of wholly-owned subsidiary Timken GGB Technology Private Limited (turnover Rs 587 million) into Timken India to simplify group structure with no cash consideration or share issuance.
Revenue grew modestly but profitability declined significantly with PAT down 10-11%. The drastic dividend cut from Rs 36 to Rs 2.50 may concern income-focused investors despite positive operating cash flows of Rs 4,374 million. Amalgamation of subsidiary should reduce compliance costs going forward.
