Tirupati Finlease Ltd, a small Ahmedabad-based NBFC, reported unaudited Q2 FY26 results with total revenue from operations of Rs 39.83 lakhs and net profit of Rs 10.34 lakhs (EPS Rs 0.34). For the half year ended September 2025, revenue from operations more than doubled to Rs 124.18 lakhs from Rs 61.35 lakhs a year earlier, driven largely by sale of securities (Rs 74.74 lakhs). Despite the topline surge, net profit for H1 FY26 fell sharply to Rs 64.93 lakhs from Rs 104.53 lakhs in H1 FY25, with EPS slipping to Rs 2.16 from Rs 3.48. Borrowings climbed to Rs 663.74 lakhs (from Rs 500.08 lakhs) and trade receivables ballooned to Rs 817.56 lakhs, while operating cash flow was negative at Rs 61.69 lakhs. The statutory auditor (STAP & Co.) issued a clean, unqualified limited review report.
Mixed signals for shareholders — strong revenue growth was offset by declining profits and negative operating cash flow, indicating the company is leaning on borrowings to fund receivables buildup. Given the small size and low trading liquidity of this stock, the results are unlikely to materially move the share price in either direction.
