On August 13, 2025, the Board of Tirupati Tyres Limited approved the appointment of M/s Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy (Firm Registration No. 101648W) as the new Statutory Auditor and M/s Vishakha Agarwal & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor.
