Tirupati Innovar Limited's board, meeting on June 8, 2026, approved the audited standalone financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026. Total revenue surged dramatically to ₹144.23 crore in FY26 from just ₹11.81 crore in FY25, driven by a new agricultural goods trading segment (the company has rebranded from Tirupati Tyres). However, net profit declined to ₹87.12 lakh from ₹133.18 lakh, and the company posted a quarterly loss of ₹183.35 lakh in Q4 FY26 against a profit of ₹67.87 lakh a year ago. Total assets nearly tripled to ₹209.56 crore, largely due to a spike in trade receivables to ₹151.94 crore and trade payables to ₹147.46 crore. The statutory auditors issued a Disclaimer of Opinion (not just modified), flagging that they could not verify trade payables write-offs, trade receivables recoverability, MSME payables classification, nil closing stock despite massive trading volumes, missing E-way bills and delivery challans, and loans without documentation.
A Disclaimer of Opinion is more severe than a qualified audit and signals major concerns about the authenticity of reported business operations—stock is likely to react negatively. Retail investors should be very cautious: revenue multiplied over 12x while auditors say they cannot verify basic trade documentation, and the trading model shows nil inventory despite ₹144+ crore in sales, raising serious red flags about the genuineness of operations and quality of financial reporting.
