Titaanium Ten Enterprise Ltd has informed BSE that its Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, 27 August 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at the registered office in Surat. Key items on the agenda include approval of the Directors' Report for FY ended 31 March 2025, fixing the date and notice for the 17th Annual General Meeting, and appointing a scrutinizer and e-voting agency for the AGM.
