Titan 42nd AGM held; Rs 15 dividend declared, Noel Tata's last as Vice-Chairman

Titan held its 42nd AGM on 27 July 2026 via video conferencing. Shareholders approved audited FY26 financial statements (standalone and consolidated), declared a dividend of Rs 15 per equity share of face value Rs 1, re-appointed Noel Naval Tata as Director retiring by rotation, and approved appointment of Dr. S Vijayakumar, IAS as Director. Mr. Noel Tata retires in November 2026 per Tata Group policy and attended his last AGM as Vice-Chairman after 23 years with the company. Statutory and Secretarial Auditor reports had no qualifications. Voting results to be announced separately.
