Titan Company filed its Q4 and annual earnings presentation for FY2024-25. FY25 consolidated total income grew 22% YoY to ₹57,339 crores, crossing the ₹50,000+ crores milestone, with PAT of ₹3,337 crores. Q4FY25 consolidated revenue rose 21.4% YoY to ₹13,891 crores with EBIT of ₹1,470 crores (margin 10.6%). The Jewellery business (largest segment) grew ~23% YoY with an 11.9% EBIT margin, though high gold prices shifted mix towards coins and lowered studded share by ~300 bps. Watches & Wearables revenue grew ~18% YoY with margin expanding 330 bps to 11.8%, while EyeCare returned to double-digit growth. CaratLane grew 23% to ₹883 crores, International Jewellery jumped 69% to ₹402 crores, and TEAL disclosed an order book of ₹335+ crores despite a 24% revenue dip in the quarter. Dividend maintained at ₹11 per share with 29% payout.
Broad-based growth across segments is positive for shareholders, but flat overall margins (10.6% vs 10.4%) and a loss in emerging businesses (₹37 cr EBIT loss) temper excitement. The stock may react positively to the Jewellery and Watches momentum, though gold price-driven product mix shift remains a watchpoint for jewellery margins.
