Titan Company has announced a change in its senior management team. The current Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO), Mr. Krishnan Venkateswaran, will retire (superannuate) from the company effective 1st July 2026. In his place, Ms. Ruma Kishore has been appointed as the new CDIO and Senior Management Personnel, also effective 1st July 2026. Ms. Ruma brings over 28 years of international experience in digital transformation and technology leadership, and has been recognised as one of India's top women IT leaders. The appointment was approved by the Board based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
This is a planned leadership transition at the digital/technology function and is unlikely to cause any disruption to operations. Investors should view the appointment of an experienced external digital leader positively, as Titan continues to invest in its technology and digital capabilities.
