Titan Company filed its Q1 FY26 earnings presentation for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated total income grew 20.1% YoY to Rs 14,778 crore, while PAT rose 52.5% to Rs 1,091 crore and consolidated EBIT margin expanded by 207 bps to 11.8%. The Watches segment delivered an exceptional quarter with 24% revenue growth and EBIT margin jumping from 11.7% to 23.1% on operating leverage and inventory revaluation gains. Jewellery (the largest segment) grew 16.6% with stable margins, while CaratLane (39%), TEAL (56%), International business (48%), and Emerging Businesses (35%) all posted strong growth. EyeCare margins softened slightly, and management commentary highlighted confidence in sustaining growth across all segments.
Strong broad-based growth with healthy margin expansion reinforces Titan's premiumisation and diversification story, likely to be viewed positively by investors. The standout watches performance and international/TEAL acceleration could support continued re-rating.
