Titan Intech Ltd reported Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) standalone results with revenue from operations of ₹497.05 lakhs, up modestly from ₹481.72 lakhs in Q1 FY25 (~3.2% YoY growth). Net profit came in at ₹64.22 lakhs, a strong ~42.6% jump from ₹45.04 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Total income stood at ₹498.57 lakhs and profit before tax at ₹75.56 lakhs. EPS was ₹0.20 (basic). The statutory auditor (SMV & Co) issued an unqualified limited review report. Apart from results, the Board approved a stock split (1 share of ₹10 into 10 shares of ₹1), an increase in authorised capital from ₹55 cr to ₹100 cr, allotment of 8 lakh equity shares on warrant conversion at ₹55/share, and capitalisation of ₹4.5 crores of R&D spend for its 3D Display & AI-Integrated Educational Platforms project.
Profitability grew much faster than revenue, suggesting margin improvement, which is positive for shareholders. The proposed 10:1 stock split and capital raise signal upcoming expansion plans but will also dilute existing holdings. Short-term stock price may react to the profit beat, though the small revenue base warrants caution.
