Titan Intech Ltd reported Q2 FY26 revenue of ₹687.49 lakhs, up 32.2% YoY from ₹520.06 lakhs, with net profit rising 28.5% to ₹112.69 lakhs vs ₹87.71 lakhs. For H1 FY26, revenue grew 18.2% to ₹1,184.54 lakhs and net profit jumped 33.3% to ₹176.91 lakhs. The company capitalized ₹5.05 crore of R&D spend on next-gen 3D display and AI-enabled visualization technologies for LCD, LED, and Light-Field displays, including RDSO-approved PIS systems for Indian Railways. It also allotted 51.5 lakh equity shares to Nadem Township Private Limited on conversion of convertible warrants (originally issued at ₹55/share with ₹10 face value, now split to ₹1 face value). Total assets expanded 41% YoY to ₹11,930 lakhs, and operating cash flow turned positive at ₹671.62 lakhs versus a negative ₹3,834.69 lakhs a year ago.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth along with a sharp swing to positive operating cash flow suggest improving business momentum and financial health, which is positive for shareholders. However, the warrant-driven share allotment increases the equity base, which may dilute per-share earnings — investors should track the impact on EPS going forward.
