Titan Securities' board, at its meeting on August 13, 2025, approved the unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26. On a standalone basis, total revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs. 96.07 lakhs from Rs. 154.68 lakhs in Q1 FY25 (a drop of about 38%), while profit after tax declined to Rs. 4.18 lakhs from Rs. 19.57 lakhs (down nearly 79%). Consolidated results were largely supported by the company's share of profits from associates Titan Biotech Ltd and Peptech Biosciences Ltd (Rs. 274.16 lakhs), bringing consolidated PAT to Rs. 278.34 lakhs versus Rs. 281.66 lakhs in the year-ago quarter. The statutory auditor (A N S K & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report on both sets of results. The board also appointed Amit Anand as Secretarial Auditor for five years, M/s PGM & Associates as Internal Auditor for two years, and a scrutinizer for the upcoming 33rd AGM.
The standalone business continues to shrink, with weak trading and investment-related income driving both revenue and profit down sharply, though consolidated earnings remain cushioned by associate companies. Investors should note the heavy dependence on associate profits (Titan Biotech and Peptech Biosciences) for the bottom line, while the core standalone operations remain thin and declining.
