Tolins Tyres Ltd reported standalone revenue of ₹2,213.74 million for FY26, up 24.1% from ₹1,783.53 million in FY25. However, profit after tax declined significantly to ₹150.42 million from ₹207.62 million, a drop of 27.5%. Net profit margin compressed from 11.64% to 6.79% due to rising input costs. The company has four subsidiaries including a newly acquired Terra Rubber Private Limited (October 2025). Auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The board also appointed new internal and cost auditors, and updated its related party transaction policy.
Despite revenue growth, the sharp decline in profitability and margin compression may concern investors. The company has built inventory buffers and extended receivables collection, which affected cash flow. The strong working capital position from IPO funds provides some cushion.
