Terra Rubber Private Limited, the wholly owned subsidiary of Tolins Tyres, signed a purchase agreement on July 1, 2026 with Cochin Reclaim and Rubbers Private Limited to buy plant and machinery on an as-is, where-is basis. The purpose is capacity expansion and backward integration. Terra Rubber must remove all machinery from the sellers premises within 60 days at its own cost, and title passes only on full payment and physical removal. Cochin Reclaim is an unrelated third party, there is no shareholding involved, and the transaction is not a related party deal. No impact on management or control of Tolins Tyres.
Routine asset purchase for capacity expansion and backward integration. Positive for growth, no change in management control or liabilities.
