Top Gainers & Losers on 22 July: Bandhan Bank, PG Electroplast, Lupin, Delhivery, Voltas, IndiGo among top losers

Indian equities declined sharply on 22 July as Middle East tensions and concerns over US tariffs on pharmaceutical exports weighed on sentiment. The Nifty 50 fell 0.77 percent to close at 24,000, while the Sensex dropped 0.95 percent to 76,732, with Nifty Midcap 100 and Nifty Smallcap 100 both declining over 1 percent. Nifty Media led sectoral losses at 2.63 percent, followed by Nifty Realty at 2.6 percent, while Nifty Pharma fell up to 2.1 percent after the US proposed steep tariffs on imported generic medicines.
