Torrent Pharma has fixed Friday, 17 July 2026 as the record date for the scheme of amalgamation with JB Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals. JB Chemicals shareholders on record as of this date will receive 51 equity shares of Torrent Pharma (face value Rs 5) for every 100 equity shares of JB Chemicals (face value Re 1). The scheme was sanctioned by the NCLT Ahmedabad bench on 6 July 2026. Eligible JB Chemicals investors will receive new Torrent Pharma shares per the swap ratio upon the scheme becoming effective.
