Torrent Pharmaceuticals has informed the stock exchanges that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench has uploaded its Order on 23rd March 2026 regarding the first motion application for the proposed amalgamation of J.B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited with Torrent Pharmaceuticals. This is an update to the company's earlier intimation dated 29th June 2025 about the Scheme of Amalgamation. The first motion is an initial stage in the NCLT approval process for a merger.
