The company's asset quality improved dramatically with Gross NPLs dropping to 0.37% from 3.22% and Net NPLs reaching NIL from 1.61%. Net Interest Margin (NIM) expanded to 6.43% from 5.07%, while Gross AUM grew 29% to Rs. 2,188.87 Cr. Return on Average Equity improved to 9.83% from 9.10%. The company maintains a healthy capital adequacy ratio of 55.53% and has diversified its loan portfolio across hospitality (52%), real estate (19%), manufacturing (12%), and other sectors.
TFCI's strong profitability growth, improving asset quality, and expanding margins signal a healthy NBFC with robust fundamentals. The zero net NPL status and 136 basis points NIM expansion are particularly positive for shareholders and could support further valuation re-rating.
