Tradewell Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that Tradewell Portfolios Pvt. Ltd. has been added to the company's Promoter Group after purchasing 45,010 equity shares, equal to 1.498% of the paid-up share capital. The shares were bought between 12 August 2025 and 23 September 2025 in multiple tranches at a total cost of around Rs 20.89 lakh. With this addition, the combined Promoter and Promoter Group holding has increased from 73.17% to 74.67%. The individual shareholdings of promoters Kamal Manchanda (48.02%) and Aruna Manchanda (25.16%) remain unchanged.
