Trading window closed ahead of Q1 FY27 results

Atcom Technologies has informed the exchanges that its trading window is closed from July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for Q1 ending June 30, 2026. During this period, promoters, directors, KMPs, designated persons, connected persons, fiduciaries and their immediate relatives cannot trade in the company's shares. The board meeting date to approve the Q1 results will be announced later.
