Trading window closed for Q1 FY27 results period

Golkonda Aluminium Extrusions has closed its trading window from 1st July 2026 until 48 hours after the company declares its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. During this period, all Designated Persons and specified Connected Persons cannot trade in the company's shares. This is a routine SEBI Insider Trading compliance measure ahead of the quarterly results announcement. The date of the board meeting to consider the results will be intimated later.
