Trading window closed for Q1FY27 results at Hemadri Cements

Trading window for Hemadri Cements is closed from June 30, 2026 until 48 hours after unaudited Q1FY27 financial results are declared. This is mandatory under SEBI Insider Trading Regulations. All directors, KMPs, designated employees, connected persons and immediate relatives are barred from trading during this period. The board meeting date for declaring results will be announced separately. Note: Company has been in voluntary liquidation since July 14, 2025.
