Trading Window Closed from July 1, 2026 for Q1 FY27 Results

Raajmarg Infra Investment Trust has informed the exchange that the trading window for dealing in its securities will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This is pursuant to SEBI Insider Trading Regulations, 2015. The date of the board meeting to consider and approve the Q1 FY27 results will be intimated later.
