Trading window closed from July 1 ahead of Q1 FY27 results

Neueon Corporation has informed BSE and NSE that the trading window for its securities will remain closed from July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the company declares its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The blackout applies to directors, promoters, designated employees, specified connected persons and their immediate relatives. This is a routine insider trading compliance measure under SEBI PIT Regulations ahead of the upcoming quarterly results. The board meeting date to consider Q1 results will be announced separately later.
