Trading window closed from July 1 for June quarter results

Ballarpur Industries has closed its insider trading window from July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This applies to directors, designated persons and their immediate relatives under SEBI insider trading rules. Share trading on both stock exchanges has been suspended since June 23, 2023 under the company's IBC resolution plan approved by NCLT, which extinguished the existing paid-up equity share capital.
