Trading window closed from July 1 for Q1 FY27 results

Victoria Enterprises has closed its trading window from July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the board declares the un-audited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. During this period, promoters, directors, KMPs, designated persons, connected persons and their immediate relatives cannot trade in company shares. PANs will be frozen by CDSL for dealing in this stock. The board meeting date to approve the results will be announced later.
