Trading window closed from July 1 for Q1 results consideration

Steelco Gujarat Ltd has closed its trading window for directors, promoters, designated persons and their immediate relatives starting July 1, 2026. The closure follows SEBI insider trading rules and is meant for consideration of unaudited financial results for Q1 ending June 30, 2026. The window will reopen 48 hours after the Q1 results are declared. The board meeting date for approving these results will be announced later.
