Trading window closed from July 1 for Q1 results

Vadilal Dairy International informed BSE that the trading window for designated persons is closed from July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the Board meeting concludes. The Board will meet to consider un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board meeting date will be announced later.
