Trading window closed from July 1 for unaudited results period

Ushdev International has closed its insider trading window starting July 1. The window will reopen 48 hours after the company declares its unaudited financial results for the quarter. This is a routine compliance measure under SEBI insider trading regulations and prevents insiders from trading while in possession of unpublished price sensitive information.
