Trading window closed from July 1 till 48 hours after Q1 results

C and C Constructions has closed its insider trading window from July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after unaudited Q1FY27 results (quarter ending June 30, 2026). PANs of directors, promoters, promoter group, designated persons and their immediate relatives will be frozen by CDSL for trading in equity shares during the closure period. Note that trading in the company shares is already suspended on BSE and NSE due to ongoing liquidation. Board meeting date for results will be intimated later.
