Trading Window closed from July 1 till Q1 FY26 results declaration

Indus Fila Limited has informed the exchanges that its trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026 are declared. This is as per SEBI insider trading rules and the company's code of conduct. Designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other insiders cannot trade in the company's shares during this period. The board meeting date for Q1 results will be announced later.
