Trading window closure ahead of Q1 FY27 results announcement

Dharti Proteins has closed its trading window for all directors, promoters, designated persons, and specified connected persons starting 1st July 2026. The window will remain shut until 48 hours after the company declares its unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 30th June 2026. The board meeting date to approve the Q1 results will be announced separately. This is a routine insider trading compliance measure under SEBI regulations to prevent trading on unpublished price sensitive information.
