Trading Window Closure for Q1 FY27 Results

Eros International Media has informed BSE and NSE that its trading window for dealing in securities is closed from July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. All designated persons are barred from buying or selling shares during this period. PANs of designated persons will also be frozen by the depository for the duration.
