Trading window closure for Q1 FY27 results

The company has informed BSE that its trading window will be closed from Wednesday, 1 July 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 30 June 2026. During this period, all directors, designated employees, insiders, and their immediate relatives cannot trade in company shares. This is a routine insider trading compliance filing under SEBI regulations. The date of the board meeting to approve the Q1 results will be communicated separately.
