Trading Window Closure for Q1 FY27 Results

Oswal Leasing has informed BSE that the trading window for its equity shares will remain closed for promoters, directors, KMPs, designated employees and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026 are made public. This is a routine compliance measure under SEBI insider trading regulations to prevent dealing during the silent period before results. The board meeting date for the Q1 results will be announced later.
