Trading window closure for Q1 FY27 results

June Industries Ltd has informed BSE that its trading window for dealing in company securities will be closed from July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The closure applies to promoters, promoter group, directors, KMPs, insiders, designated persons, connected persons and their immediate relatives, as mandated under SEBI's Insider Trading Regulations.
