Trading Window Closure for Q1FY27 Results

Pioneer Agro Extracts Ltd has informed BSE that the trading window for dealing in its equity shares will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives and Connected Persons from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The closure is in line with SEBI Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 and the PAN of Designated Persons will be frozen at the security level. The Board meeting date for Q1FY27 results will be announced later.
