Trading window closure from July 1, 2026 for Q1FY27 results

Vasudhagama Enterprises has closed its trading window from July 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The restriction applies to promoters, promoter group, directors, KMPs, insiders, designated and connected persons, and their immediate relatives. This is a routine SEBI insider trading compliance under Regulation 9 and the company Insider Trading Code. The board meeting date for Q1FY27 results will be announced later.
