Trading window closure from July 1 ahead of Q1 results

C & C Constructions informed the exchange that the trading window for dealing in shares will remain closed from July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited Q1 financial results for the period ending June 30, 2026. The company noted that trading in its shares is already suspended by both stock exchanges due to the company's liquidation. PANs of directors, promoters, designated persons and their immediate relatives will be frozen by CDSL during the window closure period. The board meeting date will be communicated later.
