Trading window closure from July 1 ahead of Q1 results

Cistro Telelink has informed BSE that its trading window will be closed from July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. As per SEBI insider trading rules and the company's code of conduct, designated persons including promoters, directors, auditors, KMPs and their immediate relatives cannot buy, sell or pledge company shares during this period. The board meeting date to approve the Q1 results will be announced later.
