Trading window closure from July 1 for Q1 FY27 results

BLS Infotech has informed BSE that the trading window for designated persons and connected persons will remain closed from July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This is a routine compliance intimation under SEBI insider trading regulations. The board meeting date for approving Q1 results will be communicated in due course.
