Trading window to close from July 1 for Q1 results

Uniworth International has informed BSE that its trading window for dealing in company securities will be closed for designated persons and insiders from July 1, 2026. The closure is in line with SEBI Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 and the company's code of conduct. The window will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board meeting date to approve the Q1 accounts will be announced later.
