Transformers and Rectifiers (India) has closed its trading window for insiders from 1 July 2026 until 48 hours after the company declares its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending 30 June 2026. The closure is as per SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015.
