Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited (TARIL) has published its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 in The Economic Times, Financial Express (English) and Financial Express (Gujarati), as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. On a standalone basis, Q3 FY26 revenue from operations rose to ₹709.87 crore (vs ₹440.81 crore in Q2 FY26 and ₹554.36 crore in Q3 FY25), while net profit after tax jumped to ₹71.03 crore (vs ₹16.80 crore in Q2 FY26 and ₹50.51 crore in Q3 FY25). Standalone EPS for the quarter stood at ₹2.37, and for nine months FY26 at ₹4.93 (vs ₹3.75 a year ago). Consolidated Q3 FY26 revenue was ₹741.02 crore with a net profit of ₹75.97 crore, and 9M FY26 consolidated net profit reached ₹180.78 crore (vs ₹122.22 crore in 9M FY25). The results were approved by the Board on 8th January 2026.
