Transcorp International's board met on 4th February 2026 and approved unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for Q3 FY26 and nine months ended 31st December 2025. Standalone revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs 21,016.57 lakhs in Q3 FY26 (down from Rs 29,051.01 lakhs in Q3 FY25, a ~27.7% drop) and to Rs 68,622.96 lakhs for 9M FY26 (down from Rs 1,17,432.16 lakhs, a ~41.6% decline). Despite the revenue fall, standalone profit after tax grew to Rs 134.85 lakhs in Q3 (from Rs 103.51 lakhs) and Rs 289.67 lakhs for 9M FY26 (from Rs 172.90 lakhs), reflecting roughly 30% and 67% growth respectively. On a consolidated basis, Q3 PAT swung to a profit of Rs 175.07 lakhs from a loss of Rs 155.71 lakhs in the year-ago quarter. The board also appointed Mr. Abhinav Banthia as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
The sharp revenue contraction is a concern, but the simultaneous improvement in profitability suggests better margins or a richer business mix. Shareholders should watch whether revenue decline stabilises in coming quarters while profitability gains hold; the new independent director addition is a routine governance update.
