Supreme Petrochem reported FY25 operating income of Rs. 6,023 crores (up 14.6% YoY), EBITDA of Rs. 605 crores, and net profit of Rs. 390 crores. Q4 FY25 saw operating income of Rs. 1,539 crores (up 99.5% QoQ) and EBITDA of Rs. 163 crores, with volume growth of 11.7% QoQ. The company recently acquired Xmold Polymers, a Tamil Nadu-based compounding firm with 15,000 tonnes capacity serving auto and appliance OEMs. Management guided to ~13% volume growth for FY26, driven by the new ABS line (70,000 tonnes, starting Q2 FY26) and compound business expansion. Phase 1 of the Mass ABS project is expected to be mechanically complete by May 2025, with FY26 capex of ~Rs. 200 crores. The company remains debt-free with an investable surplus of Rs. 872 crores and declared a total dividend of Rs. 10 per share.
The acquisition of Xmold and upcoming ABS capacity add new growth levers beyond traditional polystyrene volumes, while the strong cash position and debt-free status offer flexibility. Shareholders benefit from a healthy Rs. 10 total dividend and visibility on multiple capacity-driven growth avenues starting FY26.
