Patanjali Foods reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue of Rs. 9,692 crores in Q4 FY25, up 17.8% YoY, with EBITDA margin of 5.87% and PAT of Rs. 359 crores. For full-year FY25, total income touched Rs. 34,289 crores while PAT surged 70% YoY to Rs. 1,301 crores, boosted by the first full quarter of HPC business integration. The HPC segment delivered Rs. 728 crores in Q4 at a strong 15.74% EBITDA margin, with management targeting 200 bps margin expansion over the next 4-5 quarters to reach 16-17%. Edible Oils posted Rs. 6,764 crores at 4.66% margin, while the Food & FMCG segment saw revenue contraction due to weak urban demand and elevated input costs. Management outlined multi-year plans to scale palm plantation acreage to 500,000 hectares in five years and double the toothbrush business in three years.
Strong FY25 results, a clear HPC margin expansion roadmap, and ambitious multi-year targets in plantations and personal care should support investor sentiment, though near-term Food & FMCG growth remains a watch point given continued urban demand weakness.
