Triveni Turbine reported its best-ever annual performance for FY25, marking the 17th consecutive quarter of growth. Revenue hit a record ₹20.06 billion (up 21% YoY), EBITDA reached ₹5.18 billion (up 36%) with margins expanding 280 basis points to 25.8%, and PAT grew 33% to ₹3.59 billion. Order inflows surged 26% YoY to a record ₹23.63 billion, leaving a record closing order book of ₹19.09 billion (up 23%), with the export order book jumping 36% to ₹10.9 billion. The board recommended a total dividend of ₹4 per share (200% final + 200% interim). The company also won a ₹290 crore CO2-based energy storage order from NTPC Kudgi with Italian partner Energy Dome, and guided FY26 capex of ₹1.65 billion. Management highlighted strong enquiry pipelines (domestic enquiries up 120%, international up 30%) though noted the domestic market declined 10% in FY25 due to election and policy-related deferments.
Positive for shareholders — record financials, robust order visibility for FY26, expanding margins, and a healthy dividend. The CO2 energy storage foray opens a new growth avenue, while U.S. and API market expansion provide medium-term optionality. Watch for lumpiness in quarterly execution and any further delays in domestic order finalisations.
