Transpek Industry has informed the BSE that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 27, 2025 to September 3, 2025 (both days inclusive). The closure is to determine members eligible for the dividend for FY 2024-25 and to hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for Tuesday, September 3, 2025 and will be conducted via video conferencing. August 26, 2025 has been fixed as the cut-off date for remote e-voting to identify eligible shareholders.
Investors who want to receive the FY 2024-25 dividend must hold shares in their demat accounts before the book closure record date. Shares purchased after the cut-off date will not carry entitlement to the upcoming dividend.
