Transport Corporation of India Ltd (TCI) reported audited standalone revenue of Rs 4,917 crore for FY2026, up 25% from Rs 3,936 crore in the previous year. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 4,492 crore versus Rs 3,624 crore year earlier. Standalone profit after tax was Rs 436 crore and consolidated PAT was Rs 459 crore. The auditors from Brahmayya & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial statements. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 1 per share (50%) for FY2026, adding to the Rs 9 per share interim dividend already paid, bringing total dividend to Rs 10 per share (500%). The Board also approved grant of 1,20,000 stock options to employees under ESOP Plan 2017 and appointed Ms. Hansa Sharma as Compliance Officer.
TCI delivered strong 25% revenue growth driven by its Freight, Supply Chain Solutions, and Seaways divisions. The clean audit opinion and 500% total dividend indicate healthy financial health and cash generation, which should be positive for shareholder returns. The stock option grant aligns employee interests with company performance.
